I am Sandy Kelly Holewinski, founder of Sandy Kelly Realty LLC. I have an extensive background in the Real Estate Industry.  After receiving my Florida Real Estate Brokers’ License in 1988, my career journey included Residential Sales, Commercial Property Management, Accounting, Paralegal and working with Lake County Circuit Civil in Foreclosures. 

 

My husband Stan and I, have been Florida residents since the 70’s, in Tampa, Florida. Stan made Tampa his home in 1972 and when I arrived in 1979, I was blessed to find a great neighborhood and a neighbor in Stan.  The rest is history as they say, when Stan and I together, found the perfect retirement community of our dreams in The Plantation at Leesburg.

For me as a realtor, my work is very special because I'm representing something near and dear to my heart... my neighborhood, the place I love and call 'home'.
